About
Multi-Sport Swimming
Our swimming programme is among the most popular in
the SAR and has been running for over 22 years. The
aim of the programme is to have children swimming gracefully
and efficiently, with style and confidence. Classes
are offered to children of all ages, from 6 months to
18 years and are taught to the highest standard by fully
qualified teachers and coaches. A relatively recent,
and very popular addition to our swimming programme
is the masters training, for adult swimmers of all ages.
Our classes are divided into the following categories:

35 months)
The aim is to promote water happy babies. Parents or
helpers must participate.

Hong Kong Dolphins Swimming Team
Sessions of up to 5000+m over 1-2 hours. For more information
on the Dolphins please click here.
Masters
This is intended for adults who are good swimmers and
would like to improve their technique and keep fit.
Participants have the opportunity to have a personal
fitness profile done at the beginning of the programme
and will have their progress consistently monitored.
Private lessons are available on demand, depending
on coach availability.
Multi-Sport uses evaluation criteria developed by its
own coaches. This helps to ensure steady progress from
one class to the next, and also provides structure to
each lesson and motivation to the children (to view
the criteria for each level and the badges please scroll
down).
It is our belief that good teachers teach swimming;
excellent teachers instil a love for the water that
carries on throughout life.
Swimming is available throughout the year and a number
of different venues, contact us to find out where you
can join our classes.
