Multi-Sport has programmes that cater to a broad range of ages and needs:


Tennis

Our Tennis professionals are passionate about coaching tennis. They endeavor to arm your children with tennis skills, graceful court etiquette and the right attitude to ensure that your child has a game for life, providing a wonderful, fun, social and physical outlet. Read more »

Fit for Fun

Fit for Fun is an integral part of Multi-Sport’s junior sports programme. It is the creation of twenty two years of experience by a team of highly qualified Physical Education teachers. Read more »


Futsal

Futsal is the only FIFA approved five-a-side soccer game. It is played on a basketball style court, with no walls and a low bouncing ball, necessitating players to use their skill rather than the balls bounce to propel it. Great soccer superstars such as Pele, Denilson, Zico and Ronaldo grew up playing the game and attribute Futsal with developing their silky skills. Read more »


Gym for Joy

The strength, co-ordination, agility and flexibility obtained in our Gym for Joy programme has life lasting benefits and there is a great deal of carry over skill into other sports. Read more »


Gym for Tots

Gym for Tots is a Physical Education Programme specifically designed for infants who can walk, to the age of three years of age. The programme is the result of many years of experience and input from dozens of highly trained Physical Education teachers from around the world, with the advice of child psychologists, physiotherapists and health care specialists. Hong Kong Dolphins Swimming Team

The Hong Kong Dolphins Swimming team is a registered society with the aim of promoting swimming. If you would like to be part of a swimming team, get really fit, feel great and take part in regular swimming meets and social events then join the Dolphins today. Read more »


Junior Sports

Multi-Sport’s Junior Sports and Physical Education Programme has been our signature programme now for over 25 years. It is enormously popular because children who are exposed to a variety of skills and sports are able to identify the sports they excel in. Children receive a thorough grounding in Physical Education. Soccer

The aim of Soccer is to expand, develop and promote the game of football in Hong Kong. We look to improve standards in all sectors of the game such as quality of play, facilities, administration and coaching, while increasing the number of participants in all sectors of the local community. Trampolining

Trampolining is one of our most popular courses.Trampolining is an exciting and fun way of improving strength, stamina and is an incredible teacher of co-ordination; small wonder physical therapists recommend trampolining to children with motor difficulties. Read more »
