Privacy Policy
Multi-Sport is committed to providing you with
the highest levels of membership service. This includes
protecting your privacy, which is important to us.
We pledge not to pass on your information to any third
party without your consent.
Visitors may supply personally identifiable information
(such as name, address or telephone numbers) for various
purposes on this site. When you supply information about
yourself for a specific purpose, we use the information
for that purpose (such as to provide the service or
information you have requested) and no other without
your permission.
On application forms we require medical information
and emergency contact numbers.
Personally identifiable information about yourself
is stored on our Web server and is not publicly accessible.
Furthermore, personally identifiable information is
only accessed by Multi-Sport employees on a "need
to know" basis.
You may choose to have your information reviewed,
changed, or deleted at any time. If you have registered
to receive e-mail communications from us and later change
your mind, you may contact us to have your name removed
from our distribution list. To request this please contact
us.
Payment Policy
Applications will not be accepted and places will not
be held unless an application form has been properly
completed, signed and sent to us along with your cheque.
Kindly make cheques payable to Multi-Sport Ltd.
Club members will have their club account debited. A
completed and signed application form must, however,
still be faxed or posted to Multi-Sport Ltd.
When an application form is signed it becomes a contract
for professional services and failure to attend lessons
in no way absolves the applicant from his or her financial
obligations. Once a course has started no refunds will
be considered.
If your application has not been approved you will be
notified and your cheque will be returned immediately.
Cancellation
Policy
Courses run on a monthly basis at Clubs require 15 days
to 1-month notice of cancellation depending on the Club.
Please the see notes and conditions pertaining to each
Club.
Clients participating in term-length courses will be
given priority placement on the following term's course.
Please confirm or cancel this placement so that we can
plan our lessons accordingly.
Refund Policy
In the event of non-attendance of lessons due to illness
or any other reason, no refund or credit letter shall
be issued. Unfortunately make up lessons cannot be arranged
in these cases.
Should a lesson fall on a general holiday or be cancelled
due to inclement weather, Club clients must be given
at least 3 lessons in any given month for courses run
on a weekly basis and at least six lessons for courses
run on a twice-weekly basis. Refunds, make up lessons
or letters of credit will be given for every lesson
cancelled over and above these agreed numbers.
For courses run on a termly basis lessons are automatically
cancelled during Red/Black rain warnings, the hosting
of typhoon no. 8 signal, or when course venues are closed
due to adverse weather conditions. A credit letter shall
be issued for these cancelled lessons or for those we
are forced to cancel due to unforeseeable circumstances.
Application Policy
Spaces on courses are strictly limited. Please apply
early to avoid disappointment.
A first-come first-serve policy will apply; priority,
however, will be given to club or school members, Multi-Sport
members and to those who have previously attended Multi-Sport
courses.
All application forms fully completed must be posted
or delivered along with a cheque made payable to Multi-Sport
Ltd. Please write the student's name and programme for
which he is registering on the back of each cheque.
Please write on your application form if there are any
medical conditions we ought to be aware of.
Places will not be held until payment has been received.
If the application form is not successful (i.e. the
course is full or has been cancelled) you will be notified
as soon as possible. Unsuccessful applicants will have
their cheques returned.
No confirmation will be given to successful applicants.
If you do not hear from us and you have applied in good
time, simply turn up for the lesson.
If you have applied less than five working days before
the programme start date please phone us to confirm
your booking.
Should you be unsure of the level of the course, please
feel free to call us on 2540 1257 or 2699 048. It is
very important to place students in a course that is
pitched at their level. If there is an age category
children will NOT be allowed to participate in a course
catering for a higher age bracket.
If a student is considered unsuitably placed, Multi-Sport
reserves the right to transfer the student depending
on availability of a suitable course or to offer a refund
of the course fees.
Multi-Sport reserves the right to expel students who
have a negative influence on the successful running
of a course.
