Multi-Sport is a sports organisation that caters or families living in Hong Kong in an innovative and dedicated way. Our motivated and qualified staff coach people of all ages in a number of specialised programmes, designed exclusively by Multi-Sport.

Our long-standing reputation in Hong Kong as an established and inspired activities provider is unrivalled. We strive to develop the common aims of Physical Education to our international clients of all ages - fitness, health, social, moral, leisure and aesthetic development - in a safe, supportive and motivational environment.

Overview
Multi-Sport Ltd., founded in 1983, is a company offering sports tuition and coaching to adults, schoolchildren and toddlers. The company has many long standing contracts with private recreational clubs, sporting associations and schools, whereby Multi-Sport Ltd. holds coaching classes at these facilities. Clients do not necessarily have to be members of the host venue.

The vast majority of these contracts were originally offered to Multi-Sport Ltd. based on the personal reputation of the owner, who has been a Hong Kong resident for over 36 years, and who has been active in the Hong Kong sports scene since being a national swimming champion for Hong Kong and colony record holder during his youth.

The owner is also an active member of many of the clubs and associations where Multi-Sport Ltd. hold coaching contracts, and has established a reputation in the community as a committed and responsible businessman. As such these contracts were offered on an unsolicited basis, with the host venue signing a non-competition agreement.

In the ensuing 19 years, Multi-Sport Ltd. has subsequently established an excellent reputation for providing a very high standard of professional coaching, and now employs 12 staff coaches who instruct in a variety of disciplines and activities. Some of the clients are second generation, demonstrating the depth of relationship the company has generated with time.

Multi-Sport Ltd. offers a wide range of coaching programmes, from "gym for tots" to adult fitness. These programmes have proved enormously popular and have stood the test of time. On average, these programmes have been running for more than fourteen years.

The venues used for coaching have some of the finest sport facilities in Asia.

Staff are highly motivated, having chosen physical education and coaching as a career.

All staff hold higher sport and recreational qualifications or have obtained an honors degree level in Physical Education.

The high proportion of repeat business from club members, which has created a sense of society amongst clients. All participants wear Multi-Sport T shirts.

Many children join Multi-Sport Ltd. as toddlers and progress through until secondary school, generating a strong bond with the company.

Staff become familiar with the children they teach, building an affectionate rapport.

Staff often teach in pairs or as a team, further adding to job satisfaction and to the sense of enjoyment and personal attention experienced by all participants.

By and large the children coached are from the higher social economic bracket and from the upper echelons of society, further enhancing the reputation of the company, which in turn has led to increased referrals from clients.

The high degree of interaction ensures children are generally keen, highly motivated and love their sport. Disciplinary problems are almost negligible.

Parental participation is not discouraged, and is actively encouraged for some programmes. Parents thus are able to observe for themselves the level of professionalism and caring enjoyed by their children.

Over the years, Multi-Sport Ltd. has enjoyed several sponsorships. Currently the staff are sponsored by TYR and sport very attractive Multi-Sport T-shirts and other sporting attire.

The company has developed several outstanding structured award schemes catering for the infant to the advanced athlete. These schemes include wall charts, badges and certificates, and are immensely popular with the participants and parents alike. Schemes exist for gymnastics, trampolining, water skills and distance swimming. This adds to quality control as well as preparing children for swimming galas, gymnastic and trampoline competitions.
